Biel's Beautiful Body



Jessica Biel is no scrawny starlet. This gorgeous girl is strong, athletic, and shapely. If Hollywood bodies could be bought in a store, your Skinny Scoopers would head straight to the Jessica Biel aisle. Naturally, we felt a sense of relief this week when we heard she actually has to sacrifice and make hard choices to maintain that fabulous form. I mean seriously... can we all agree we hate hearing tiny little things say they don't know WHY they can't gain weight?

Jessica's offering to the hot-body Gods apparently includes sugar, bread, salt and dairy. ESPECIALLY when she is working. She also limits her red meat intake. That's NOT to say she's one of these clean eating freaks. The 26-year-old told Glamour Magazine that she allows herself a cheat day, usually on Sundays, where she eats WHATEVER she wants. "You have to, otherwise your mind goes a little nutso". Some might wonder why she needs 'treats' at all with a yummy thing like Justin Timberlake at her table every night. Just sayin'...

Of course one look & it's obvious that fitness ranks just as high as food for Jessica. We've all seen the paparazzi pics of her running, but Biel says resistance training is a must too. "I concentrate on making everything strong, and you can't do that with just cardio. I strength-train one day, and I'm not talking heavy weights, just a little".  A little? Guess this gorgeous girl is proving that a little goes a LONG way.
