Down 50 Pounds Eating Taco Bell???

Is it just your Skinny Scoopers who want to believe weight loss can be achieved eating fast food? Surely we're not the only ones pining for pinto beans and skinny jeans. Move over Jared, there's a new way to slimming and it isn't Subway®. Yo Quiero Taco Bell.

Meet Christine. She's the gorgeous dark haired maiden donning Taco Bell's new Drive Thru Diet campaign. Christine has managed to become a slim hottie by simply changing up a few of her food choices.

Over the past 2 years Christine lost 54 pounds by cutting 500 calories from her daily diet. Instead of a burrito supreme with over 400 calories and 15 grams of fat, Christine's ordering from Taco Bell's Fresco menu. Her favorite from the Bell is the Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco. It has a mere 135 calories and 4 grams of fat. YUMMY.

Taco Bell's Fresco menu has 7 delicious items to choose from. The Fresco Crunchy Taco, Fresco Soft Taco, Fresco Chicken Burrito Supreme, Steak Burrito Supreme, Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco, Grilled Steak Soft Taco and the Fresco Bean Burrito.
Fresco means they replace the sauce and cheese with a fresh pico de gallo type salsa.

We're not saying a DAILY Drive Thru Diet is necessarily a good idea for any of us, but no one can deny the wisdom in having healthier options for when we're just out of time to plan ahead for a healthy home cooked meal.
