Share Your Goals For Greater Success



We are thrilled to share an article from one of our favorite resources SparkPeople. Seems a secret to your health success is to share your plan. This is no secret to us. We benefited from this first-hand.

Whether you want to lose weight, eat healthier or boost your workouts, it's easier when you have someone to share it with. SparkPeople calls it "your own personal health-related board of directors." Chose wisely though. Some friends may be better than others for the job. Pick a friend who will support your healthy habits and hold you accountable. Be wary of sharing vulnerabilities with someone who may unintentionally make a power play out of the new role.

Sharing your goals with family and friends provides the best support. The people you're with the most are more likely to help you stay on track. They may even join the effort themselves. It's really that simple. Writing a goal down is one thing, but once you share it, the goal becomes a reality for more than just you. We are BIG fans of this.
