Skinny UnFried Ice Cream Print

This is a DELISH dish from our Marketing Guru Juli. Recipe totally ROCKS!!!


1/4 cup (about 1 medium ice cream scoop full) Low Fat Vanilla ice cream (we used Dreyer's Slow Churned)
2 TBS Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 TBS Smucker's Caramel Topping
2 TBS Cool Whip Free

Start by adding cereal to a bowl and crush into small pieces with the bottom of a can or glass. Add cinnamon to cereal mixture. Scoop ice cream and freeze for a few minutes so it's firm to work with. Next, take your ice cream ball and roll in cereal and cinnamon topping covering all sides. In a pretty martini glass or dessert bowl, spoon in 2 TBS Cool Whip. Add your ice cream ball then drizzle with caramel topping and serve. This is decadent and tasty for 150 calories, 3 grams of fat and just 3 WW POINTS. Enjoy!
