Caramel Apple Pork Chops Print

We're heading into Fall and have a tasty, simple recipe for indoors or the grill. Just a few simple ingredients and you can be on your way to heaven with the other white meat. Our Skinny Caramel Apple Pork Chops are scrumptious!

Here's what you'll need:

4 1/2 inch thick boneless pork chops
2 tart apples cored and sliced
1 1/2 TBS butter
2 TBS brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper


Begin by coating a skillet with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Rinse and dry pork chops. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Add to preheated pan. Cook 3-4 minutes each side and remove from pan. In the same skillet add butter and melt. Stir brown sugar and spices into melted butter. Add apple slices. Cover and cook over low/medium heat 5-7 minutes until cooked soft.

Arrange pork chops individually on plates. Drizzle with apple mixture and top with slices of apple. This is so decadent but simple and just 6 POINTS per serving. One serving is slightly less than 300 calories, 13 grams fat, 18 grams carbs, 21g protein and 2g fiber. ENJOY!
