Monique's Journey Week 15
Hello My Friends!!!  This has been ONE CRAZY WEEK for ME!!!  It was filled with DISCOVERY!!!  Kimmie and I have been MOVING AND GROOVING like "Women On A Mission"  We RE-DEDICATED ourselves to LOGGING our FOOD on our BODY BUGG throughout the day!!  Leaving it for later ISN'T THE BEST IDEA!!!  I am a NEW RUNNER and I was ENLIGHTENED By a post written By @DareToBecome at www.daretobecome.com called "RESPECT The DISTANCE" It was about NOT taking a Half-Marathon for granted.  I MUST STAY FOCUSED and PUT IN THE WORK (Miles) in order to be SUCCESSFUL!!  I want to be ONE of TWO!!! When you read it, you will understand!!!  I also read a post on www.biggirlbombshell.com <~ THIS POST Has me on my CURRENT "HIGH" Its about BREAKING OUT!!!!  Going after YOUR DREAMS!!!  Doing what is BEST and RIGHT for YOU!!!!  It reminded me of a song that I love from the 80s called "Breakout" By Swing Out Sister.

Kimmie Week 15

This week was just a normal week, as  you may remember I didn't lose any weigh  last week.  This week I was determined to pump it up and do better.  I  was very diligent about my workouts and recording my food all week.  I am proof it pays off. 

If you have been reading from the beginning you know that food is where my issue lies.  I have the workouts down and I am constantly trying to change things up so that I can keep my body forever guessing at what I'm going to do next.   My eating is another story.  I don't make horrible choices, just not always the best.   One thing I did realize while tracking with my body bugg is just because I was in my caloric range my fat consumption was through the roof.  This was very eye opening for me, so I definitely have been more aware of what I am putting in my mouth.  I still find that planning is CRUCIAL and that I need to not give into what is easier.  I know that my choices could be a lot better and I know this is what could push me to the next level on this journey.  I have been struggling mentally losing my mojo this week so I need dig deep to get over this hump.    Your support has been amazing and as we finish this session up with 2 scoopers, I hope to report changes in my overall diet.  Who is with me?

Keep up the great job your both doing. Logging food is soooooooooooo important. We can't know what we need to burn if we don't know what we are eating. If you get the chance pick up ( The Eat Clean Diet.). It shows you how to make the food you eat count. Have a great weekend and make each other accountable for what you do. Having a partner to go through this journey is awesome. Happy Friday.

Great Job Ladies! Last week I went over how your body will average out after time. It's normal to have Highs and lows during the month for most of us. I spend a few hours on my day off preparing my food for the week. I will go shopping, put fruit in containers, precook some chicken or make lunches in zip lock steamers. If you have a plan, you just eat what you have planned.

Kim & Mo you are both doing a good job, kudos for tracking your food intake it does help when you realize what you are putting into your body. The positive attitude you guys have towards this is what keeps you guys going...keep it up.

Kimmy I look at food as a drug, it's addictive some more than others. If one week goes buy and you don't loose what you expected....don't worry about it as long as you are feeling good about yourself.
