Hello Beautiful People (I know you're Beautiful based on your comments!!! = BEAUTIFUL SOULS)  I have a picture of these lovely penguins (above) to represent "HAPPY FEET" <~ My Twitter/Facebook reference every time I check into a medical facility on Foursquare (My Blackberry and Iphone) #YesIHaveBoth LOL.  I am working on Medicare billing changes so I will be SHORT, SWEET, and TO THE POINT!

My weigh in was 250 (Loss of 1 pound) I entered a new plan in my Body Bugg this week.  I tweaked a few of my goals to break through this 250 mark!!  IT WILL HAPPEN THIS WEEK!!!!! (Speaking the POSITIVE into Existence) ;-)

Next week, will be the last week of the Couch To 5K program, then its Hal Higdon's Half Marathon training!!!!!  My knees tell me I still NEED to be Lighter!!! This is a JOURNEY where "Slow and Steady Wins The Race"  January 8th, 2011 DISNEY HALF MARATHON..... HERE WE COME!!!!!!  I'm excited!!! Why?!?!?  Because... I'm A RUNNER!!! ;-)

Kimmie Week 17

This week has gone by so quickly. I feel like I don’t really have a whole lot to report.  My work week has been normal since the last time I checked in with you guys.  I live in a metropolitan area and my commutes can be crazy long.  I definitely feel the workouts not only help with weight loss but they help with stress as well.  I try not to allow the traffic to stress me out, but some days I am ashamed to say it gets the best of me.  I have remained focused with my eating for the most part.  However, the past few weeks it is slipping and I am realizing more and more just how much of a slippery slope this can be.

I so badly wanted to come here this week and report a loss to you, but I am afraid to say that I have to report a big FAT ZERO loss again this week.  I could say to you that I don’t know why this is the case, but I know that is a lie.  Bottom line is that what worked for me at my highest weight isn’t going to work for me now and I need to adapt.  I’m stubborn, what can I say.  I want to finish 2010 off with a bang and I have ample time to see some pretty significant changes.  I just need to DO IT!  Mo and I have talked this past week and we have bounced ideas off of each other.  I know what needs to be done.   NO MORE EXCUSES ABOUT THIS DARN EATING STUFF!!!!  I’m starting to frustrate myself with the same talk over and over.

Let’s make good choices this week and get a good loss in next week!

Running a 5k is a great way to stay motivated. You train and work your way up to your goal! Kimmie if you plan your meals, snacks and schedule your workout into your day. This will help you stay on track when life gets busy. Have a great weekend Ladies!

Dr. Mo, congrats on the 1 pound, I love the fact that you are looking at this in a positive way, you dive in head first with such a great attitude you make this whole weight loss goal of your so enjoyable. Keep it up.

Kim, don't feel bad about not having any weight loss to report, the most important thing is that you are in it (to win it). The other important thing is how this makes you feel and from what your saying you feel good having less stress.
