Hello Everyone!!!  I Hope You STAYED AWAY from ALL (or Most) of the Halloween candy!! LOL!! I had VERY LITTLE ;-)  I have Seriously been on CLOUD 9 These Days!!!  I have Been working my Disney Half-Marathon training plan!!  I did a weekly recap HERE ~> www.fitinmyheart.com Please take a look.  I have pics of me and my crew!  My weight is still dropping!!! Kimmie Week 22


Last Tuesday Mo and I had a great chat with Coach Kim.  We talked about what we should focus on and she gave us some great tips.  She really stressed on how changing things up just a little bit could really impact my overall success.  I took her advice and made some changes. I will continue to do this and hope to really see great strides in my overall fitness level.

This past week I went to the 5 mile trail near my house on Saturday.  I really tried to push myself with more intervals of jogging.  I just have to get over the “fear” of what others will think and what I look like while doing it.  I came to a realization this time around – my legs are strong and will carry me but I get out of breath and feel like I need to stop.  I know that I have to increase this and I don’t really know how to do this besides pushing myself.  I realized that most times I am working out, I am working hard but I am not really pushing myself to exhaustion.  I have been pretty stagnant with my weight loss the last month and I know that I really need to buckle down in order to lose this weight.  The holidays are right around the corner and I want to lose weight before the beginning of the year, definitely not gain but I don’t want to stay the same either.  This past week and currently I am working on my workouts and my food.  I have planned out my week worth of food and it feels good to have a plan and more importantly have a plan that I stick to it.

Great Job Ladies! If you have a plan you just stick to it ! When your hungry you eat what you have planned. I like to set an appointment for myself to workout. It's just as important as going to work or doing anything else that needs to be done in your day.
